Transaction Delays & Responsibility

Transactions may be delayed due to system failures, technical issues, or server delays. Bansal Capital does not accept liability for losses incurred due to such delays.

• The standard cut-off time for transactions on any trading day is 3:00 p.m.
• It is the user's responsibility to approve transaction links before this deadline to ensure execution at the current Net Asset Value (NAV).
• Users are responsible for verifying all transaction details before final approval.

User Responsibilities
